What to Expect When Working With a Dietitian
Appointment one:
At your first appointment, we’ll dive in and discuss your current health including labs, diagnosis, exercise, and blood sugar testing if relevant. We’ll also discuss your current diet with an emphasis on creating sustainable changes to improve your health!

Follow up in a few weeks
Typically, we'll schedule a follow up 2-4 weeks after your initial appointment. This allows enough time for you to implement your goals and come up with any questions.

Follow up as needed!
You may choose to follow up regularly or after events such as a new diagnosis, new labs, or just to check in.
